Our 30-Day Workmanship Guarantee
Every electrical repair, DB rewiring, breaker replacement, and solar maintenance job completed by an electric.com.pk uniformed engineer is backed by our 30-Day Workmanship Warranty. If any fault arises due to our labor or installation quality within 30 calendar days, we dispatch a lead engineer for a free re-inspection and resolution with zero diagnostic fees.
100% In-House Engineering & Dispatch
1.1. All services booked through electric.com.pk are fulfilled exclusively by verified, background-checked, uniformed engineers employed directly by electric.com.pk. We do not operate as an open unverified freelance marketplace.
1.2. Engineers arrive equipped with calibrated digital diagnostic equipment (Fluke thermal imagers, digital multimeters, Megger insulation resistance testers) and official company identification.
Transparent Diagnostic Callout Fees
2.1. Diagnostic Visit Fee (PKR 1,500): Covers depot dispatch, digital thermal scanning, insulation testing, and an itemized written quote. If you accept the quotation and proceed with the repair work, 100% of this fee is credited back against your final bill.
2.2. Solar Engineering Site Audit (PKR 3,000): Covers roof structural load assessment, 3D CAD shadow analysis, single-line diagram (SLD) preparation, and DISCO Green Meter feasibility. 100% of this audit fee is credited towards the purchase of any turnkey solar package.
Fixed Rate Cards & Zero Price Haggling
3.1. Labor pricing is standardized across all 8 depot regions in Pakistan according to our published rate card. Engineers are strictly prohibited from soliciting cash negotiations or informal on-site markup.
3.2. Hardware materials (breakers, copper cables, conduit pipes, DB boxes) are billed at documented market cost or may be supplied directly by the client subject to engineer safety approval.
Turnkey Solar EPC & Net-Metering Facilitation
4.1. Solar installations utilize genuine Tier-1 hardware backed by original manufacturer warranties: 25-Year Linear Output Warranty on N-Type TOPCon Panels and 5 to 10-Year Inverter Manufacturer Warranties.
4.2. DISCO Net-Metering Facilitation: We prepare, verify, and submit PPIB (formerly AEDB) / PEC certified Single Line Diagrams (SLDs) and facilitate the Demand Note process with local utilities (LESCO, IESCO, K-Electric, FESCO, MEPCO, GEPCO, PESCO). Official utility meter installation timelines are subject to DISCO processing and demand note verification.
Safety Standards & Code Compliance
5.1. All wiring, earth grounding (chemical earthing < 5 Ohms), and surge protection installations conform to Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) regulations, NEPRA guidelines, and IEC 60364 international electrical safety standards.
5.2. The client is responsible for providing safe access to electrical distribution boxes, rooftops, and main breaker panels during scheduled service visits.
